There’s still plenty of bike-riding weather left, and if your child needs a bike helmet PeaceHealth Trauma Center and friends can help. On Saturday, September 14th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. there will be a bike helmet giveaway and helmet check at the hospital. Sponsored by the Trauma Center, Bike Clark County, and Emergency Medicine Associates, helmets will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. 100 helmets will be given away, so make sure to be there on time. The giveaway will be held in a white tent on the front lawn of the PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center, which is located at 400 NE Mother Joseph Place, Vancouver.
